Our's is an "Old World" hand crafted artisan product made fresh in our bakeries each day. Each biscotti is hand shaped (no two are the same) in small batches and NOT extruded through machines.

We pride ourselves on our product by NOT using any artificial ingredients, preservatives, artificial flavorings or artificial colors.

We only use the highest quality ingredients available in Grandma Rie's Bodacious Biscotti.

We are so proud of Grandma Rie's Bodacious Biscotti. We package them in crystal clear cellophane heat sealed bags, NOT closed in a box. You can view all sides of the product, not just a portion of the Biscotti thru a small window. Each and every package contains a large, readable label with all the ingredients clearly listed.

All of our Biscotti has the nutritional information listed on each and every package because we believe you should know that what goes into your body is heathly.

The saturated fat in our product comes from only the whole eggs (and the almonds in the Classic Almond Biscotti). There are 3 grams of protein in each biscotti making it a healthy winner with your morning beverage. We go further and only use unbleached white flour to make sure there are no chemicals in our product.

Bodacious Biscotti is a beautiful wholesome treat anytime of the day. It has a very long shelf life because of our recipe and the way it is made.
