"Rie" has for years, been preaching in her cooking classes and newspaper columns: "If you read a label on the back of a package of the food, and you can't pronounce some of the ingredients, then DON'T BUY IT!"

She preaches that "WE ARE WHAT WE EAT" and only healthy foods and drink should enter that holy ground. Our company is founded on that concept and that principle is cast in stone.

There are absolutely no unnatural ingredients in our product.

We use only fresh eggs not reconstituted, pre-cracked, frozen or powdered eggs. We use only high quality vanilla and almond extracts. We use no artificial flavors, preservatives or coloring in our product.

We use whole almonds with the skin on. We use only the more expensive unbleached, all purpose flour, therefore there are no chemicals in our Bodacious Biscotti
